***Our call for questions is now closed! Thank you very much for all your ideas...we're off to review your suggestions and choose which ones we'll use for our session. Stay tuned to see if your question is selected!***
At this December's Do it with Drupal conference, Tree House devs Joshua Katris and myself (Sean Buscay) will give a session showing how to overcome tricky theming challenges in Drupal. We thought it would be fun to turn things around a bit, and let the challenges come from the Drupal community!
Ask us anything
Now through November 2nd, we are taking questions from Drupallers all around the internet. We want to know what's got you stumped when it comes to Drupal theming...jQuery got you down? Your designer's favorite style elements freaking you out? Advanced Views and Panels features making you dizzy? Now's your chance to give it to someone else to figure out!
Post your questions on in the comments below! We'll choose five (5) challenges to cover in our session and upcoming whitepaper.
Note: If you would like to submit your question privately, please email it to: whatistheming@treehouseagency.com.
Free stuff for you
To express our appreciation for helping us put together a fantastic presentation, we're giving away free stuff:
- The submitters of the selected challenges will each receive a Drupal book pack consisting of John Van Dyk's Pro Drupal Development Second Edition and the not-yet-released Using Drupal by the Lullabot team! In the event that more than one person submits the same challenge, the first person to do so will receive the books.
- The first 25 people who submit a challenge will receive a free Tree House Agency t-shirt.
- Everyone who submits a challenge will receive an advance PDF copy of our whitepaper, which will give a detailed walk-through of the solutions for each of the selected challenges. You'll get your copy a month before it's released to the public!
Be nice to us and we'll be nice to you. If you don't post a real challenge, we can't send you free stuff. Free stuff is nice. We like being nice. So be nice, okay?
Call for challenges ends November 2nd
We're taking submissions now through November 2nd (11:59pm, ET)...don't put it off!
